ECOFOR Ltd, together with our Turkish partner ÇET MAKİNA, continues to implement its grinding intensification technology at Turkish cement plants. Thus, during the year from 09.2023 to 09.2024, it was tested at five cement plants where GA are used. As a result, on average, in addition to increasing the capacity of grinding equipment by 9.5%, the specific energy consumption was reduced by 3 kW h/t.

 

When considering the grinding process from an electro-physical perspective,  grinding capacity can be improved by reducing the loss of mechanical energy in the comminution process, a process carried out by ECOFOR through its electro-neutraliser. Operational results from applications in ball mills and roller presses have not only show increased cement grinding capacity but also a reduction in specific electrical power consumption…

On April 24, 2018, the international conference “PetroCem” was held. Every time this conference is held one of the representatives of the company “ECOFOR” takes part in it. This year, the conference was attended by the General Director Stanislav Kononenko, where he exchanged experience with both Russian and foreign companies.
